right now I’m on a solo female travel journey to eat plant-based food, meditate & practice yoga around the globe. Current spot: bali. Where I’m planting my seed in the spiritual space.
how did I get here?
well… it’s complicated. But if I were to zoom out and look at my life on a timeline, I would laugh with gratitude at the dramatic shift from the lost soul I was to the free spirit I am today.

and I’m so grateful for this space.
a space where I can share everything I learn from my top passions: healthy plant-based food, meditation, yoga & practicing ahimsa (compassion for all living things including yourself).
if it weren’t for veganism, yoga, meditation and living the ahimsa life… I would still be a lost soul.
